Granpappy Point Resort & Marina spans over 180 acres in Denison, Texas, and is located on the beautiful southeast side of Lake Texoma.

We offer affordable campsites with 20 cabin rentals, 870 slips, RV park, boat & slip rentals, and waterfront restaurants with outdoor dining. Discover our cozy and clean cabins, explore the RV park, camp on the lake, or schedule your wedding or events at our outdoor pavilion.

Take US 75 north from Denison about 1 mile, turn west on Texas 84. Go about 10 miles and watch for sign.
